What started as an expansion campaign launched in Romania by one of the leading companies in rice production and commercialization in Europe, became an ambitious innovative project focused primarily on knowledge and experience sharing. Riso Scotti Danubio manages to control a complete rice production cycle, from seed variation to full product development and to cover the entire rice industry, following the same principles that have proved successful on the Italian market. Throughout its contribution to the development of the old, abandoned rice fields, Riso Scotti wants to create self-sufficiency in rice production for the Romanian market and to develop an efficient export system. Innovation, technology, added value and brand cachet are all edges which our company plans to maximize in the future.
