Ermes Rice
Ermes is a special variety of rice, designed to complement a delightful meal. It has in its composition black grains and long, narrow brown grains. The result is an aromatic, scented rice with a long, narrow grain. It is characterized by a red colour due to the presence of anthocyanins, the so-called colour molecules that are present in nature in almost all fruit and vegetables, giving them shades of red and blue.
