Ingredients 4 half pieces of chicken, without skin or bones, approximately 125g each 30g butter 4 medium onions, finely sliced 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped 4 packs of Riso Scotti Easy Cook Basmati Rice 2 tablespoons of honey Grated coat and juice of 1 orange Grated coat and juice of 1 lemon Salt Black pepper, freshly ground
Instructions Put the meat between alimentary foil and batter it easily to give it an even thickness. Put aside. Melt the butter in a pan, add the onions and garlic and cook at medium-low for 2-3 minutes, stirring, until it softens. Remove from the pan and put aside. Put the chicken breast into the pan, on one layer, and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove the meat from the pan and keep it worm. Meanwhile, boil the rice according to the instructions on the pack. Mix the honey with the orange and lemon juice and coat. Pour the honey mixture in a pan, add the onion and garlic and season to taste. Bring to boil and cook slowly for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Season everything with salt and pepper. Arrange the rice on 4 individual plates and put one chicken breast on top. Pour the sauce from the pan over the meat and serve.
