Ingredients 1 cup of Riso Scotti Bob cu Bob Round Grain Rice, boiled and cooled 140 g smoked salmon, finely sliced 3 tablespoon of mayonnaise 6 black olives, cut into quarters 4 red radishes, chopped 2 green onions, cut diagonally into pieces 2 teaspoons of lemon juice Black pepper, freshly ground Fresh dill, chopped 1 red radish, cut into round pieces Fresh dill leaves, for serving
Instructions Mix the rice with the mayonnaise, smoked salmon, lemon juice, olives, chopped radish, chopped dill and green onion. Season everything with pepper. Garnish with round pieces of radish and serve. The mayonnaise can be replaced with a mixture of mayonnaise and yogurt. Also, you can use cucumbers instead of radish.
