Ingredients 100 g Riso Scotti Bob cu Bob Round Grain Rice 500 ml fresh milk (non-defatted), or as much as needed 5 tablespoons of white sugar Salt Honey, to your taste 1 tablespoon of pistachio, shells removed 2 tablespoons of black raisins Cinnamon
Instructions Bring the milk to boil, together with the white sugar and salt, then add the rice and stir once. When it starts boiling again, lower the heat and continue cooking at low temperature, stirring occasionally, until the rice is well done and the liquid has been completely absorbed. If necessary, add some more milk. Meanwhile, scald the pistachio for 1 minute in boiling water, drain them and wash them in cold water. Peel them. Serve the rice with honey, sprinkled with cinnamon, raisins and pistachio. You can serve it either cold, or warm.
